We made a birthday hat before going out into tropical storm Faye. Faye tried to ruin our birthday... school/daycare was canceled. We had tons of fun hanging out at home for the morning! I love my Adeline!


We went to Do Art for some fun! Adeline painted a plate and a turtle. Meme came to help because Bryan wasn't able.


We met Papa for some ice-cream... before dinner!


We had met Bryan for birthday dinner at Moes! Adeline loves Moes!!!

Oh how I love her so!

Esther is 4 weeks old

 

 

Esther is 4 weeks old and having fun with big sister. I promise that Essie is already smiling socially. Adeline loves her so and this morning called her Princess Essie. So cute and I hadn't even prompted that. The pictures were taken on this past Tuesday!

We are also doing great! We had fun having these take while Essie was 2 weeks old that day.

To note... I started PT on Friday for my hip issue. It is a tight muscle back there. I was very pleased on Friday when I left PT feeling 90% healed. So stretching and massage for me. However Monday morning I was adventuresome and headed out for a walk because of such little pain. Then to my dismay it came back before I was ready and we headed home. However this is huge in the world of Suzanne. I love to go for walks with my babies. Soon I will be hitting the streets of our neighborhood. I'm heading back today for some more of that walking without a limp look. A look I have grown to love and not see very often of late.

We had a special visitor drop by on her way out of Gainesville... Holly Hall! Adeline was in bed, so no pics with her. However our little night owl was up. Holly we will miss you.

 

This is actually an outfit given to Adeline from an Adam Langston... a college student dear to our hearts. Sorry Adam, we didn't pop the collar for the pics!

Butterfly Garden on August 6th

 

 

 

 

What a blessing to have family to drag out to the most humid butterfly garden. Martha spent most of the day prior with us at the photographers and then the next day at the Butterfly Garden/Harn Museum. She made sure I got a nap and loves on Adeline and Essie so well. Bryan is back at work these past two days (last week) and she is a real big help.

They both check out noises from the front window. Adeline loves to have "friends" drop by. We have had a regular stream since Esther's birth. We have had great family and friends dropping off dinners for us. It is such a blessing.

 

Notice: Adeline's shoes... Suzannes. She loves all the noise these make on the tile. She loves her Calhoun, which no longer sounds like CalKoon. She loves the phone. She is a cutie pie for sure. God is so good to us!

Adeline got a sand and water toy for an early birthday present from Sassy and Grandpa. Tons of fun so far. Also see Esther and Calhoun watching. The mosquitos were horrible. Adeline and I were fully covered with chemicals... She still got a bite or two. They are some crazy mosquitos.

Adeline loves building forts with Daddy! Esther's play gym is a great structure. She also loves legos with Daddy too. I wanted to document her love of "Pinky" the pink bear in the picture above. She sleeps with him at night. Bryan and I have to pat and kiss Pinky for bed along with Adeline. It is rather cute.
